The terms "user", "individual", or "you" as used in this Privacy Policy, refer to any user (including any Owners or Renters) providing personal data within the Website in connection with any of the Services.

2.  Changes to Policy.
This policy may be amended to reflect regulatory requirements, advances in technology, Website updates and changes in our personal information management practices. Any new policy will automatically be effective when it is published on the Website. By continuing to use this Website, you agree to the amended terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, do not use this Website and do not provide us with any personal information.
3.  Childrenâs Information.
Use of this Website is intended for adults at least eighteen (18) years of age. You acknowledge that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
